Volunteer

Music Lover (myōō´zik luv´er) n. One who volunteers at JazzFest

“I feel it’s the least I can do to volunteer my time to help in some small way; to show my appreciation, and to try to ensure this remains a free event. I have met some wonderful people during my time volunteering, and it’s exciting to work alongside people who have a similar passion for music. It is very rewarding, and I highly recommend volunteering at future JazzFests.” Pat H., Sioux Falls

Volunteers are an extremely important factor to the success of JazzFest. They play a key role, working with the public to ensure safety, security and enjoyment for all who attend. Volunteers work in a variety of areas at the festival, from collecting donations at the front and back gates, to having a blast with children in the JazzQuest Kid’s Area, to selling drink tickets to attendees.

Volunteering is fun and a great way to meet new people while assisting Sioux Falls Jazz & Blues, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization! If you are interested in volunteering, please contact our office at 605-335-6101 or sign up below!
